I participated in a PSYCH-K® session with Joy recently, and I have to say that I am blown away!
It has been just 2 days, yet I can already see a couple of slight adjustments to the the way I view my life and how I am going about things, without even realising that I am doing any adjusting at all! The changes are very subtle, but wow what a difference!
I came away from the session feeling lighter – like the weight of the world had been lifted off my chest. A sense of hope that I could actually maybe start getting my life on track. I was a different person – imperceptibly so – but definitely different!
It was truly an amazing experience and I upgraded to the “Head In The Game” 5 Pack – I am looking forward to the next 4 weeks to see where else our sessions will take me!
