Packages & Programs
All 5 sessions are to be scheduled consecutively as from the 1st appointment, and all appointments are to be redeemed weekly from the date of the 1st Consultation.
All appointments are subject to availability, are not transferrable, and no correspondence will be entered into.
If at least 48 hours notice is given, appointments can be rescheduled by the client using the online portal (subject to availability), providing it is still within the bounds of the time frames of the purchase.
Requests to reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment must be made in writing. Acceptance of the request is at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio and is subject to availability.
Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio and is subject to availability.
Appointments NOT attended, rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be forfeit and funds non-refundable.
The “Success” Transformation Studio is under no obligation to honour the Package or Program outside of the set time frames and there will be no refunds for missed appointments if changing the appointments outside of the agreed schedule.
eg. in the case of the “Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program, all 5 appointments must be met within the 30 days, and the “Total Transformation” 10-week Success Program must be met within 65 days.
Extenuating circumstances are taken into consideration only if contact has been initiated in writing and are arranged BEFORE the set appointment time.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio without obligation, and no correspondence will be entered into.

“Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program
A 5-week program which consists of:
3 x “2 in 1 Combo” Empowered Success Consultations (2½hrs)
2 x “2 in 1 Combo” Sovereign Self Consultations (2½hrs)
All 5 sessions are to be scheduled consecutively as from the 1st appointment, and all appointments are to be redeemed weekly from the date of the 1st Consultation.
All appointments are subject to availability, are not transferrable, and no correspondence will be entered into.

“Total Transformation” 10-week Success Program
A 10-week program which consists of:

Online Purchases from The “Success” Transformation Studio Services
The online purchase of all services provided by The “Success” Transformation Studio are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Online purchases can be made via Credit Card or Debit Card (MasterCard/Visa) which will be processed by Stripe.com.
Cash Payments may be made in person prior to the start of the session and only by special arrangement. Bring exact money as no change will be given.
If making a purchase as a gift for someone else via the “Pay It Forward” Gift Service, the Gift Recipient’s name and contact details MUST be noted at the time of purchase.
There will be no refunds for these gifts, though a single transfer may be requested, with the new Gift Recipient’s name and contact details to be supplied at the time of transfer request.
The Gift is valid for 3 months from date of Original Purchase.
All online purchases require arranging appointments at point of sale using The “Success” Transformation Studio’s online portal – the link will be supplied on The “Success” Transformation Studio’s website, or via email under special conditions. The responsibility of this falls to the person who purchases the service, or the Gift Recipient whose name has been registered at the time of purchase.
The “Success” Transformation Studio is in no way responsible for contacting customers to provide coupon codes or arrange appointments.

“Pay As You Go” Payment Plans
By accepting this method of payment you understand that these conditions apply to all payment plans offered by The “Success” Transformation Studio:
- You have been given financial grace in good standing and you will honour this agreement in good faith.
. - You will be asked to provide copies of the following:
* Front and back of your current Driver’s License
* Front of the credit/debit card you intend to use to make the payments
* A copy of either a utility bill dated within 3 months of your application
OR
Your current Medicare Card stating which number you are on the card.Your name and address must be the same on each document.
. - You have agreed to pay the full program fee and have agreed to honour all payments.
- You agree to have sufficient funds in your account to service the payments which will be processed by Stripe.com
. - Should you break this agreement intentionally or unintentionally, you will be liable for the full fee according to services rendered. Followup to seek payment in full will be made via professional Debt Collectors which may impact your Credit Rating.
. - The payment plans consists of weekly or fortnightly payments, with either 5, 10 or 20 recurring repayments according to the program or package you purchased – your repayments will be clearly outlined at point of sale when you purchase your package or program.
. - If your card details or residential address, phone or email address changes during the payment plan you are required to keep The “Success” Transformation Studio updated within 7 days of the change.

Case Study Program
The Case Study Program is offered intermittently with limited availability. As such, invitation into the Case Study Program is at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio, does not guarantee acceptance, and no correspondence will be entered into.
All sessions are to be scheduled consecutively as from the 1st appointment and all are to be redeemed weekly from the date of the 1st Consultation.
The terms of participation in the Case Study Program are as follows …
In exchange for services provided by The “Success” Transformation Studio
- You agree to provide all information requested during the application process.
. - Completing and submitting the application is considered acceptance of these terms.
.. - The financial value is $1,235 for the “Head In The Game” with PSYCH-K® 5 Pack
. - The financial value is $1,860 for the “Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program
. - The financial value is $2,985 for the “Spotlight” 5-week Success Program
. - Participants in this program are required to submit the following:.
* Initial Intake Form outlining their current situation across several areas of their lives* 5 x weekly reports via the online Check In portal within 48 hours of their next session
You agree to summarise their weekly progress, their wins, their challenges, their feedback etc, with a written report or an optional short video (3-5 minutes)
Failure to provide these progress reports will result in their Case Study Program offer being terminated immediately.
- At the end of their program, participants agree to participate in a live interview which will be recorded in the Studio, or via Zoom regarding their experience.
. - Participants will be given access to the final interview prior to public release for their approval.

Should any of these requirements not be met, the participants will be invoiced for services rendered at standard service prices and all legal measures will be taken to recover full payment.
All appointments are subject to availability, are not transferrable, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Rescheduling appointments are at the sole discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
If at least 48 hours notice is given, guests will reschedule their appointments using the online portal (subject to availability), providing it is still within the bounds of the time limitations of the Case Study Program Agreement.
eg. in the case of the “Head In The Game” with PSYCH-K® 5-Week Package, the “Back In Balance” 5-week Success Program, all 5 appointments must be met within the 30 days, and the “Total Transformation” 10-week Success Program must be met within 65 days.
In the event that participants fail to give at least 24 hours notice of not being able to attend a scheduled appointment, their continuation in the Case Study Program will be reviewed by The “Success” Transformation Studio.
Extenuating circumstances regarding appointment changes are taken into consideration only if contact has been initiated in writing and are arranged BEFORE the set appointment time, but this does not guarantee the adjustment.
Participants understand that The “Success” Transformation Studio is under no obligation to honour the Package or Program outside of the set time-frames and there will no continuation if changing the appointments outside of the agreed schedule.
If any of these conditions are breached, continuation in the Case Study Program is not guaranteed. This decision is solely at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio without obligation, and no correspondence will be entered into.
“Thank You Money” Affiliate Program

You will be required to follow our Social Media platforms – or simply copy and paste the links provided in the application into a new web browser, like or follow the pages/groups, and then come back and tick the relevant boxes..
Affiliates will be given access to their final testimonial prior to public release for their approval.
Upon approval, the Affiliate will receive an email with details outlining the next steps, how to access the “Thank You Money” Affiliate Program Payout System, including details for invoicing us, as well as details around how to use your “Thank You Money” Program Affiliate Google Drive Sheet or Affiliate Management Software for Lead Tracking.
All other miscellaneous information is contained in the Affiliate Agreement.
Should there be any breach of the Affiliate Agreement, the Affiliate will automatically be withdrawn from the program, with no correspondence being entered into.

This Special Offer is for a “limited time only”, and will not be available unless the purchase link is live on the “Boss Babes On Bikes” website page, unless otherwise privately offered at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
It is ONLY reserved for people in the motorbiking community, will only be offered ONCE per person for the Initial Consult only, and provision of service is at the total discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio.
The First Tier Discount
This Special Discount only applies to the “Boss Babes on Bikes” Initial Consultation and requires the use of an appropriately allocated “Success” Code in order to obtain the one-off $150AUD discount for First Time Customers at the checkout.

With the Rave Review Feedback Program you agree to the following:
1. BEFORE you attend your session, complete the Boss Babes on Bikes “Get To Know You” form to provide a description of what’s going on in your life, as well as any challenges you might be facing.
You may or may not choose to use the relevant “Success” Code to receive your 1st tier $150AUD discount when you book and pay for your session, and the discount may not be applied at any later date.
2. Attend your pre-arranged appointment, either live in our Studio or via our Zoom Room.
If you are delayed in arriving on time by more than 15 minutes, your session will be forfeit and rescheduling is at the discretion of The “Success” Transformation Studio – a maximum of ONE reschedule may be offered, after which all monies paid will be forfeit and your participation in future sessions will be reassessed;
The Second Tier Discount
3. Provide feedback to us within 7 days via our Post-Session Check-In Portal (link will be provided to you via email at the appropriate time by The “Success” Transformation Studio) and you tell us about how you think your session went, your thoughts about your Facilitator, and what impact you have experienced as a result of your session. If you do not receive this email, it will be up to you to contact The “Success” Transformation Studio so that we may follow this up for you, and we cannot be held liable for technical difficulties that are outside of our control.
When each of these steps have been completed and we have received your Post-session Check-In survey results, you will then receive a $99AUD 2nd tier refund which will be refunded within 14 days to the credit card used during the original purchase.
The Third Tier Discount
4. If you also provide a detailed 3-5 minute Rave Review video testimonial at the same time as your Post-session Check-In, explaining how much and what you loved about your session and your results, or provide constructive feedback that we can use to improve our services, then you will also receive a 3rd tier $49AUD refund which will be refunded at the same time as your 2nd tier, in one lump sum of $148AUD.
5. You also agree to and understand that the final fee paid for Initial Consults will be $99, and this is non-refundable at any point.
